Vaccine Scheduling

Local health departments, health systems and pharmacies are currently authorized to administer COVID-19 vaccinations to all individuals 5 years and older in the state of Michigan.
COVID-19 booster shots are also available at these locations for eligible individuals who received both doses of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine at least 6 months ago. Please see the “Receiving the Vaccine” section on our FAQ page for details on who is eligible.
Vaccine and booster appointments are easier than ever to schedule and some locations even allow walk-ins.
Only the Pfizer vaccine is approved for use for those ages 5 - 17. Individuals in this age range who wish to be vaccinated must have a parent/guardian present.
Please click on a county listed below to schedule an appointment or find walk-in hours. It’s quick and easy – and the great news is, everyone 5 and older can get a vaccine free of charge!
