Walk-ins welcome or schedule an appointment. This clinic is only offering Pfizer to kids ages 12 and older.
Kids aged 12 and older are eligible for the two-dose Pfizer vaccine. (Photo ID or birth certificate required upon arrival). Adults aged 18 and older are eligible for the one-dose J&J vaccine and the two-dose Moderna vaccine. Check MCIR. Minors should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson booster doses are available to those who are eligible. To determine if you are eligible, visit https://bit.ly/3l3Lacx. Pfizer or Moderna recipients must have received their primary series (2 doses) 6 months before. Johnson & Johnson recipients must have received their primary series (one dose) 2 months before.
