Appointments guarantee vaccine availability; walk-ins are allowed, while supplies last. Once you select a time for vaccine administration, you will be asked to complete a brief registration form.
You may schedule an appointment for either your first or second dose of vaccine. Please take note of the clinic location and vaccine type below before scheduling. If scheduling for a second dose, please check to ensure that you are making an appointment to receive the same type of vaccine as you received for the first dose.
